It’s been more than three months since swine flu started spreading in the city through school kids and now it looks like it is completing a full circle as seven students from the city school tested positive with the H1N1 symptoms.
Students from Bishops’ Co-Ed School in Kalayaninagar and camp tested positive for the flu symptoms. The parents of all these kids have been advised to quarantine at home for the next seven days.
The students tested positive for swine flu from Bishop’s Co-Ed school are from classes I-A, II-E, IV-E, V-A, V-B and VI-A. Another student who tested positive is from class V-B of Bishop’s School.
The notice issued by the principal of the Bishop’s school states that the decision to quarantine students was taken to ward off them from the flu symptoms and save their lives from the deadly diseases. These students can resume their schools from the 5th of December.
