The city based Maratha Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture has organized the program called, ‘Pune Unplugged Welcome Week for Expatriates’ from Nov 26 to Nov 22. This seven-day program will witness the presence of business tycoons from the developed and developing countries like Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Britain, Korea Japan and so on.
MCCIA through its various business initiatives has successfully promoted and attracted foreign investments in the city. With the growing number of multinational companies and sizeable number of companies appointing expatriates to run their operations, an event like this will help them blend and integrate themselves into the social and cultural fabric of the city
said Mukesh Malhotra president MCCIA.
This program will also focus on Indian classical music, tourism, yoga, culture, dance and cuisine. The program intends to develop good relations-ships between the Indians and expatriates. The program will host the activities like football match, craft bazaar, jazz evening and wine tasting.
The program is co-sponsored by many organizations such as Mgarapatta City, Kirloskar, State Bank of India, Volkswagen, Panchsheel group, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, WIN, Alliance franchise, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, British Business Group, said the press release.
