Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare received a grand welcome on returning to his home village in Ralegan-Sindhi, Maharashtra, on Monday after his encouraging victory in the national capital. Earlier, it was witnessed that citizens of Pune came out in full support of the modern day messiah.
Every home in Anna’s village was beautifully decorated with “gudhis”.
Ralegan-Siddhi had decided not to celebrate the Marathi New Year a few days back as Hazare was on a fast-unto-death in New Delhi on the issue of Jan Lokpal Bill. However, when Hazare returned to the village on Monday, the elated villagers celebrated a belated but prosperous new year. Villagers had planned a grand procession in order to greet Hazare.
Earlier, Hazare arrived at Pune’s Lohegaon airport from Delhi. When the news of his arrival spread across the city, his supporters in thousands flocked near the airport forcing the police to place extra forces to keep things under normalcy.
The moment Hazare’s flight landed at the Lohegaon airport, he was welcomed with slogans of praise and beating of drums. Supporters also displayed banners in support of Hazare. RTI activist Vijay Kumbhar, Vinita Deshmukh and social activist Sanjay Nahar were among those who welcomed him at the airport. From there, Hazare directly set off for his village, and throughout the route he was showered with blessings and slogans of praise by people waiting by the side of the road to catch a glimpse of the man of difference. When Hazare reached Ralegan-Siddhi, the village erupted in celebration and festivity, with the villagers celebrating Diwali in the month of April by bursting firecrackers.
“Anna has decided to stay in Ralegan-Siddhi at least for the next two days and then his next move will be decided. He is here to take some rest and spend time with his family,” informed Hazare’s personal secretary Sanjay Pathare.
“I was there at the airport and got the chance to see the great man. It was a great moment and the entire ambience created with people cheering for Anna made me realize what patriotism is all about. We need more people like him,” said Sunny Bharadwaj, a resident of Viman Nagar, Pune.

Today, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a twenty five foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any solutions to help stop content from being ripped off? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
