June 9th, 2010 at 11:37 am
ANSWER to MEGHA
NATA as per the Hon. Supreme Court order is not compulsory, however many colleges have opted that as the admission criteria. All Maharashtra State Govt and Govt Aided Colleges + Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Architecture (MMCA) (Estb. 1985) admissions are based on MH-ARC-CAT. However, Institute level admissions in MMCA are carried out on the merit basis of all 3 examinations – CET / AIEEE / NATA.
ANSWER to Pramod Lokhande & Rajiv Chaudhary
It seems you have done ITI (carpentry) and then Interior Decoration from Polytechnic affiliated to MSBTE. Unfortunately, this education is not sufficient for admissions to Architecture, as the minimum requirement is XIIth with Maths (Minimum 50% in aggregate & 50% in Higher Maths) along with any of the three tests: – MH-ARC-CET or AIEEE or NATA.
.
June 9th, 2010 at 11:50 am
ANSWER to ANAL
If you have done your Higher Secondary with Mathematics and if you have secured minimum 50% in aggregate as well as in Maths then you are eligible to appear in any/all of the 3 Tests as listed above.
ANSWER to AJIT
Interior design education in Maharashtra is at various levels out of which the most suitable to your needs would be Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education’s (MSBTE) 2-year Full-time Diploma in Interior Designing & Decoration & after that MSBTE 1-year part-time Post-diploma in Interior Design. In Pune there are about 4-5 institutes of excellence out of which 1 is only for girls. The reputed colleges are: 1. Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s School of Interior Design, 2. Sinhagad School of Interior Design, & 3. Suryadatta school of Interior design.
If you are interested in pursuing Degree in Interior Design you are bestadvised to consult DEccan Education in Kolhapur which runs the degree course affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
June 9th, 2010 at 12:01 pm
ANSWER to RAHUL
It seems that ‘Council of Architecture’ has awarded some ‘special’ permission to Sinhagad College of Architecture to allow the eligibility of those who have completed 2-years Full-time Diploma in Interior Designing & Decoration. You are therefore advised to contact Principal Milind Telang Sir at Sinhagad College of Architecture for B. Arch. (General) as well as B. Arch. (Interior Design).
ANSWER to Sangita Doctor
All colleges of Architecture (About 9) in Pune are at par as they are under the same University and following the same syllabus except may be Bharati Vidyapeeth’s college of Architecture (Deemed University). Depending upon your proximity and interest you may select BNCA-all girls college or MMCA, BKPS-Govt. aided, SCOA, ALLANA-Minority college, VIT’s COA,
June 9th, 2010 at 12:03 pm
ANSWER to ARJUN DUGGAL
Please be more specific as your query is very vague- Chennai or Pune? Degree, Diploma or Autonomous? Distance learning or full-time on campus?
June 9th, 2010 at 12:08 pm
ANSWER to DHANANJAY KUMAR
First of all you will need to improve your english!!!!!!!
Secondly at NATA score of 60 NO COLLEGE CAN GIVE YOU ADMISSION minimum score required is 80. The only advice I can give is to appear and reappear and reappear for NATA till you do not score at least 80. I am presuming you already have cleared your 12th standard having secured at least 50% in aggregate and 50% in Maths!
June 9th, 2010 at 12:19 pm
ANSWER to KARAN DAMANI
Which college are you stating ????????????
ANSWER to SARITA
It seems you have a Diploma in Architecture, but you have not stated whether it was after your 10th or 12th examination. As far as my knowledge, there is no recognized Diploma in Architecture that is less than 5-yrs full-time and hence if you have already done that where is the question of LATERAL admission in 5th year?
ANSWER to anant
As far as the state of Maharashtra is concerned and to the best of my knowledge, there are only TWO college that admit students on AIEEE merit they are: – MMCA, Pune & NDMVPCOA, Nasik. However you have already misuse on the procedure for admission through State level MH-ARC-CET for AIEEE candidates. You will need to contact the respective colleges for admission through Institute seats.
June 9th, 2010 at 12:30 pm
ANSWER to NIHA / NIHAL & NIHAL
To the best of my knowledge, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune has its own process fo admission being Deemed University Contact there website / telephone/fax them directly.
ANSWER to SNEHA
Unfortunately you are not eligible to get admission in Architecture course on the basis of your low % in 12th and poor score in AIEEE. The only alternative is to join a 2-year Full-time MSBTE recognized course in Interior designing & Decoration and then on basis of successful completion, you may be eligible to appear for NATA and score atleast 80/200 and get admission in SCOA, which as stated earlier has a special permission from ‘Council of Architecture’.
ANSWER to Ranjit V Deshmukh
You are eligible to appear for MH-ARC-CET or NATA and then after getting the required merit may become eligible for admission but you have not stated the name of the college!
June 9th, 2010 at 12:41 pm
ANSWER to Ajinkya Bhangadia
Please state the correct score percent in Math that you have secured. If it is 50% and if you have also applied through the MH-ARC-CET then you are eligible to get admission in MMCA, Pune or NDMVP, Nasik. If you haven’t applied through the process then the only choice is to contact the respective colleges for their Institute level admissions.
ANSWER to Pawan
Unfortunately your score in maths is too low for admission to Architecture.
ANSWER to Ashwini
For architecture, you need to have Mathematics at the12th standard level so if you have completed your HSc in commerce but had opted for Mathematics then only you are eligible. Howeverto the best of my knowledge, there are no Diploma in Architecture in Maharashtra as all are 5-year Full-time Degree courses.
June 9th, 2010 at 12:48 pm
ANSWER to Rohit & Sandesh Sasane
If you haven’t appeared for MH-ARC-CET or neither have filled the choice to consider your AIEEE marks, the only alternative is to contact the TWo colleges that offer Institute level admissions – MMCA, Pune and/or NDMVP’s COA, Nasik

I am really glad to go through this because the way things are portrayed is quite educating and I am sure I am sure many are going to take cognizance of what is been presented, thank you once again.

If you have a website or a blog, you should definitely sign up for Google Adsense. It’s one of the few programs you can truly ‘set and forget’ – once it’s there you don’t really need to do much else with it.
But there are ways and means to maximize your income from Google Adsense, and as you get to know more about it you can start to generate a decent income from it that will keep rolling in month after month. It’s a true passive income, which is why so many people are using it.
Most people have heard of Google Adsense, but not everyone understands exactly how to use it to its best advantage. So we’ll start with how to use it in its most basic sense and then progress to the more advanced benefits you can get from the program.
Basically if you have a website or blog you can sign up for a free account at Google Adsense and start putting contextual ads on your website. What do I mean by contextual? It means quite simply that the ads which appear on your site will be relevant to your content. So let’s say for example that your website is about tropical fish. The Google ads will then be related to tropical fish in some way. And because of the information that you give to Google, they will also display adverts that are relevant to your area. So if you are based in the UK the ads that appear will be relevant to UK buyers; if your site or business is based in Australia the ads will appeal to Australian buyers.
All of this is carefully worked out for you in order to attract the maximum click through possible for your website and your ads. Every time someone clicks on an ad you will get a few cents into your Adsense account, so it makes sense that the more attractive and relevant your ads are to your visitors, the more money you will make.
Let’s have a look at the appearance of your ads now, since this can affect the amount of click through you get. You can choose the color and borders of your ads to fit right in with the color scheme on your site if you wish, but it’s worth experimenting with having no borders at all around your adverts since this makes them blend in with your content more seamlessly and may encourage more click through in a subtle but effective manner.
However well you integrate Google Adsense into your current blog or website though, there is obviously a limit to the amount of money you can make from one site. If you get thousands of people visiting your site every day then you can expect to get a good income from it but many people don’t get this number of visitors and that’s where you need a separate strategy to try and up your numbers.
In this case you can go to the advanced level of Adsense income and think about starting several sites, all based around a different yet popular subject. You should think of these essentially as being content sites, since they are often chock full of articles and useful content which is carefully keyworded to attract plenty of search engine traffic on that particular subject. The Adsense ads are then placed in the optimum positions to achieve the best click through (the Adsense pages will give you ideas on where to position them but it’s worth experimenting to see what works best for you), and the site goes live for people to find and read through.
