Bhatghar is located in Bhor taluka which is about 52 km away from Pune. This place has developed as good picnic spot recently. This dam has been constructed on Velvandi river which has highest river dam wall across India.
Bhatgar dam is also known as Llyod dam. There are beautiful gardens along with water sports which make this place worth visiting. Bhatgar dam is surrounded by natural beauty which is worth watching.
