The staff at Vimannagar has lost it!!!!!!!
1) They don’t pick calls
2) Don’t deliver on time
3) Poor service
4) Sabotage Brand name
5) Are they closed down?
They don’t pick up calls n do their work you think they will answer mails.. whatta joke !!!!

Viman Nagar center is really bad. No one picks up the call . phone keeps ringing. goes unanswered. time and time over again. My airticket has to reach me TODAY as I am flying out tomorrow. And the courier has arrived at viman nagar office. Exasparating blue dart or just blue dart viman nagar?

Way Bill Number 54751561406 despatched from delhi on 14th jan still not delivered & nun of the Pune phone numbers are attended. Seriously their is some problem with the servicing part & needs an immediate intervension from the seniour management level to look into it.
I still not got the confirmation as to where my material is lying.

Worst service. The person does not check the address and directly said that the address is not correct.
No proper service. These are not courier personnel. Also this is not a proper courier service.

weird people n weird service of bluedart viman nagar brach.they never deliver at home instead ask customer to pick up courier from there office.wat service charges they take if they dont deliver at home?????????

Blue Dart is a joke of a courrier. You can get a regular postal mail delivered to you faster than these jokers. Jokers sitting in Viman Nagar branch can not deliver the courrier even after seven days it arrived…they don’t pick up the phone and actually rude when they do pick up. Hopeless bunch of jokers.

Below mark service..
Trying to connect them but phone numbers are as usual not picking up and after that dial after sometime their calls will b engaged..(Have tried about 15 times!!!!!!!)
Also mailed the query but mail got bounced..
Only on web site they have written big things but very poor services..

I have booked international courier sao polo (brazil) vide docket no-5660221243 .
I was pay amount-3089/- for Express service .but courier courier delivered on normial service .

the workers of blue dartcourier are befooloing the public. They donot distribute the mail.It is 8th time when it happened to me. But yet why a most important document that is Pan card is given to such a bogus courier to deliver.

Very worst service.
Though very accurate address is written they make comment that address is incorrect. The address written on the shipment is so clear that even someone who is new in pune, he will also get in to the address without any dificulty.
I dont know what courier boys does. They only make timepass.
