The Bramha Suncity is big marketing gimmick. The entire project has poor quality of finishing and worst upkeep and maintenance. The builder is a big cheat. They say something and do something else. They still cannot provide potable water. The water supplied from bore well and much above permissible limits of usage or drinking purpose. Virtually no security. It is open society and free for all. Outsiders and local goons roam around the society and openly threaten the residents of the society.
The Bramha management is known for arm twisting tactics and employ illegal methods to silence the one who raises the voice. So far the society is not formed until now much against the Maharashtra HCS Laws.
It is not worth to invest or buy any property here.

I inquired the rate from the bramha office located on MG road. It is Rs.5500 per sq. ft. can bring down to 5250. Also I heard from someone that the road to the society is under litigation. No good buying here.
