The Bramha Suncity is big marketing gimmick. The entire project has poor quality of finishing and worst upkeep and maintenance. The builder is a big cheat. They say something and do something else. They still cannot provide potable water. The water supplied from bore well and much above permissible limits of usage or drinking purpose. Virtually no security. It is open society and free for all. Outsiders and local goons roam around the society and openly threaten the residents of the society.
The Bramha management is known for arm twisting tactics and employ illegal methods to silence the one who raises the voice. So far the society is not formed until now much against the Maharashtra HCS Laws.
It is not worth to invest or buy any property here.

I comment whenever I especially enjoy a post on a site or if I have something to add to the discussion. Usually it’s triggered by the fire communicated in the post I looked at. And on this post Brahma Sun City in Pune. I was actually excited enough to post a leave a responsea response

I really disagree together with Hotdogs thoughts this “I feel all of religionists are extremists. Anyone who without consideration belives on great misguided beliefs is known as a capability danger to help society”. People today have religion towards significantly occasionally authentic on the other hand please don’t understand how these are a hazard to modern culture.
