Hinjewadi based Tata sons’ Computational Research Laboratories (CRL) will be developing next generation cars for Mallya’s racing team-F1.
Force India Formula One racing team, owned by wine tycoon Vijay Mallya, will soon get help from the city’s supercomputer based in Hinjewadi. The work is scheduled to begin from January, 2010. This supermodel will help to reduce design cycle time for racing cars.
Mallya, who was in the city on Friday, has signed A multi million deal with CRL to develop ‘a computational fluid dynamics’ solution for racing cars. This deal has been signed for a period of three years.
On Friday, India’s first F1 racing team signed an exclusive, three-year deal with Tata Sons’ Computational Research Laboratories (CRL) to develop a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solution for designing F1 racing cars
