   USA Yes, it is possible, but not advisable. Without a mattress you might not get a good night’s sleep. And if you don’t get a decent sleep, it will have a bad impact on your day. If you continue to have a poor sleep for a long period of time, you will develop back and muscle problems, constantly feel tired, develop mood swings, and possibly worse.
