Tejashri Santosh Malve (27), teacher of MITCON, lost her life in a mishap on Wednesday. She was knocked by the PMPML bus in front of the Sindh society on Baner Road. She was a resident of the Ganesh society in Shivajinagar and was working as a faculty at the MITCON institute of management.
According to the Chaturshrungi police, Malve was moving to Baner road from the University Chowk when she was hit by the bus from back. The driver said that he lost control over the vehicle and hit the women accidentally.
The police have arrested the PMPML driver Amol Gundappa Bhoj (39) of Katraj for irresponsible driving. He was arrested after a complaint was registered by the victim’s father Santosh Malve (57). Sub inspector S G Khole is investigating the case further.
