We are still to receive the forms from the government. We would need around 10 lakh forms, considering the number of ration cards in the city is similar.
The sole reason behind the drive of detecting bogus cards is that there were ration cards issued last year in the name of former Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and the terrorist Ajmal Kasab from the zonal offices. And this has compelled us to take the step ahead, said he.
