Hi,
I ordered a veg extravaganza medium size double burst pizza & a regular medium sized pizza was delivered & i was charged at the rate of Double burst, which is far more expensive than the regular Veg Extravaganza medium sized pizza. This was on 26th June 2011, Order No. 251, order served by Geetanjali, Sinhagad road branch. When i tried calling them the call went unanswered everytime. Due to this I couldn’t even lodge a complaint for this.

Ordered pizza from Kothrud branch .Order No.484 Dt.06/04/2011 At 9.56PM Server Snehal.
I ordered 1 Burst Veg(Vx) & 1Burst Farm(Fh).
I received one burst & one regular one,
On logging complaint I got replaced Pizza But the quality of replaced one was horrible & It was not definitely Burst Pizza. This has happened second time with me.
Whenever Domino’s has any offers on Pizza , Quality is horrible & poor.

i truly appreciate the pizza of dominos however the the service provided is pathetic i should say. it took 15 mins to place an order & the service over the phone & even when i visited the outlet was below the class. the name of dominos goes down only because of this simple reason & the concern authorities even dont care to take the matter seriously even after repeated complaints from customers. Hope your service get improved before it is too late .

My name is Harshit Sabharwal this is a tru feed back from a customers point. i have been a customer for dominos pizza since last one year.The dominos have have got a huge varity of pizza’s but the sevice offered by the nagar road dominos outlet is pathetic…they never deliver the pizzas on time nither do they take the oder properly over the phone…last month i have given dominos pizza a business of 5000rs an this is how they treat there customers have stopped giving any oder to dominos pizza…due to poor customer service.regards.
