I booked a parcel on December 13, 2011 through a pick up point at Vandalur, Chennai 48. I had to repeatedly enquire about its delivery. Still it is not delivered. Now, whenever I contact him over the phone he does not take the call.
Just yesterday, the addressee got a ‘mysterious’ call from someone announcing it is from DTDC (No mention of any specific location). The caller said it was from DTDC and said to the addressee,’Your parcel has arrived’. She requested that it be delivered. Even as she was asking for the details of the office the phone was abruptly hung up.
I will never, never use DTDC any further

I sent a local courier in pune from wakad to viman nagar on 9th Nov’11… Its still undelivered… No one is giving a satisfactory answer that where is my courier… All the helpline no.s are not in use… What a pathetic service…i feel like slapping these people…

DTDC Courier Manager are not getting salary. They are begging in roads, not having 5 rs. to go in bus for delivery… Idiots, Stupids, Rascals. You Bleddy DTDC. Why you are running your management. CLose and go to Temple and sit for begging…..

This is the most pathetic cargo service provider.Do not believe a word they say. Their customer care is harsh &; unsincere while they deal with client. It’s almost two months my cargo is not delivered & they charged 750 bucks extra too & said that they will release within 7 working days but all that was to make fool of people like us. They are not at all professional..

Pathetic Service.
None of phone number working. More than 95% phones number are out of service.
Phone Numbers on their website is all out-dates and not in service
I felt like kicking the ass of these bastards.

I had a very very bad experience with DTDC, never getting feedback or any response from them, ever i am getting my conignment delivery very very late, for Pune they are taking 4-5 days for the delivery compare to other they are delivering consignment on other day. This happens for every location, and telephone just they have kept for their personal use not for the customers.
So better go for another service which makes you comfort and delivery ur consignment on time.

I have a bad experience with DTDC. On 21st Aug 2011 I ordered a product from one of the online shopping portal and they have a affiliation with DTDC courier services. As per shopping portal details they had dispatched the product on 23rd Aug and I checked the same on DTDC that the product is reached to DTDC main office on 25th Aug. Now its almost 13 days left but still I didnt get the product delivered. Even I tried calling on landline numbers availables on DTDC site but most of the numbers are out of service. They event didnt updated the contact numbers. Such kind of pathetic services they have provided. I request all of you, please dont use DTDC courier service.

I send a corier promissed 2nd day dilivery, but still this is 4 day, still in dtdc branch, they telling me wether is not good..
