We have contacted DTDC for regular mails in the last month. Many of the PODs have not been received till date.Secondly since 5th March 2011 we are calling them to collect the courier but till 11th Mar 2011, nobody came to collect the couriers.Really worst service from dtdc. Never expected. Rs. 5/10 must be deducted from each courier during bill payment. Otherwise no improvement will be seen in dtdc. Think before giving them service.

DTDC SUCKS ALL OVER INDIA
ON THE BANGALORE OFFICE THEY HAD BANNER STATING SEND GIFTS TO YOUR RELATIVES.
bUT WHEN I WNET THERE TO DELIVER A GIFT THE FUCKING EXECUTIVE SAID THEY DONT DELIVER GIFT ITEMS.
WHAT THE FUCK.
THEN THEMELF DONT KNOW WHAT IS THER BUSINESS.
NOVER USE THERE SERVICE.
IT SUCKS.

DTDC courier has registered two dockets from us on 15th Feb 2011. It was undelivered till 21st Feb. 2011. Untrsty commitments. Most irresponsible commitments by this service. For gods sake avoid using this service for any reliable deliveries.

Pl add the telephone lines or change the opertaor. or atleast pl do not mention those nos which all are not in service.
Very poor response from DTDC . Henceforth we should think twice before going ahead with you.

our courier has done on 29/10/2010 from bombay to Pune today is 9/11/2010 still we didnt recive.

The service of DTDC really sucks! They have absolutely no business ethics at all.
Most of the contact nos don’t work, and when they do work, the person on the other end gives a very rude replying saying don’t call this no. call the customer care.
The customer care seems to be very understaffed, as they have not been able to handle even a single call in last 2 days.Maybe the operators are out delivering parcels.
The website is there like a showpiece, they neither reply to mails, nor to calls!
I would highly recommend to all people, that DO NOT send your parcels by DTDC.
Better to hire a bullock cart and have it sent!

My courier ( dtdc CN d04057346 )which was dispatched from b’lore on 29 sept had reached Pune in 2 days but after that i am still waiting to receive it. It has been more than 10 days and i dont understand why they say they will dispatch it in 48 hrs.
Customer numbers wont ring and company havent responded to my complaint which i emailed to their official site.
Very pathetic service indeed .

Hello Friends,
Please dnt try to call on customer support number coz i was trying to call but my call always in hold (Q) for more then 10 min.
After again i calling again saying please hold the line, hold the line..finally for calling my whole balance got finished and my call got dropped..
So pls before you send any courier to DTDC think TWICE..
VERY PATHATIC CUSTOMER SERVICE…
PLS IMPROVE CUSTOMER OR LINES or YOU WILL MISS CUSTOMER

I am awaiting a courier Tracking no H72347215. It has already been dispatched 20 days before. When I tried to contact DTDC of Pune for which I noted the telephone no from internet, more than half of the nos from them are not in service rest 2-3 nos ring but nobody is there to pick it up. Awesome service people!!!
Is there any responsible place which can be contacted
I live near Khadakwasla lake in Pune
Please help I urgently need that courier and it contains my very important documents.

I have lost an Ipod In courier coming from Mumbai to Pune . The courier delievery boy gave me empty box and when I asked for invoice slip he said that I have to pay octroi which I denied and he went back …. I could not complain to him of the tampered box …when I called him he denied coming back….
Now DTDC is not accepting the claim they say that I have accepted the courier….it was tampered in mumbai…

DTDC people in Thane are so much concened about money and health of their courier boys that they will not send to receiver even an album with weight approx 5 kg although the company had collected cherges of 450 Rs for the same including Rs 100 for urgent delivery on Saturday 12 th June 2010.iAs in your case it had ereached Thane but the courier boy was reluctant to deliver and the manager reluctant to give Rs 10 for auto. I did not receive it till 11-30 on Tuesday & finally decided to collect myself as I was needy. If you want your parcel , better collect it yourself from their office and then join me to file a case in consumer court.

DTDC had promised delivery of a consignment in Thane on 12 June and charged Rs 100 more for urgent delivery for docket no V03245066. It SEEMS THAT IT HAS REACHED tHANE AS THEY PROMISED DELIVERY ON MONDAY EVENING BUT NOT RESPONDING OR DELIVERING ON Tuesday also.They appear there just to squeeze people by false promises.

Not able to contact to any number of DTDC Camp Branch, we expected a courier to reach on 16th March but yet not received, online status is received in Camp Branch, but after that no updates

While this matter can be very difficult for most people, my belief is that there has to be a middle or common ground that we all can find. I do value that you’ve added pertinent and sound commentary here though. Thank you!

I had a courier sent from Delhi to me in Pune last week of August. These guys forged my signature, (and that is not my signature, i have ever signed any document that way) and updated their records stating it has been delivered to me on 31st Aug. I got the courier finally after more than a week and that too I had to go and collect it.
I am planning to lodge an FIR for forgery.

I had to recieve a letter from bangalore. I was told that it will be delivered to me on the third day from 31st august but this is the 5th day and still i havent recieved it and when i call to their office no one is answering from past 2 days.
Is this the way you serve your customers.
And you say DTDC is one of the most used courier service in your websites.Looks like everyone got fooled just like me depending on you.
Guys dont prefer DTDC.
