The service in Pune is Pathetic and First Flight do not concern about the customer service and they do not delivet the shipment on time because the couriar boys some relative is no more and they do not have anyalternative person to deliver in thar area (Fatimanagar). Ask for the manager but he is bussy in meeting or he is not available. How can the First Flight couriar can compare there service to Blue Dart, Tho Blue Dart has a very good service and the First Flight should learn from Blue Dart what customer service is. First Flight you are the worst in your customer service, Please stop your business if you cant provide the customer service.

Ye sale sab madarchod log hai aur inki service bhi ma ki laudi hai. These people put all the couriers inn their sisters fucking vagina and after satisfying her returns and says.. it was locked or person was not available… Please close the service if you are not capable to fulfill….

I m suppose to get a parcel sent thru your courier vide CC7856943 dt 09 May 11. Today I enquired and m surprised to know that d parcel was returned back to cosigner since house was locked. If it is so why can’t your representative give a call on mobile ?. Very poor show, There is scope for improvement in your services.

I have not received consignment No M24640987 booked at Pune on 12.04.2011 till today i.e. 20.04.2011. On Contact to Pune, Nagpur, office no satisfactory reply/responce from them. It is surprised how the customer service is being neglected. Please arrangement to deliver the consignment immediatly to me at my Amravati Home address.

I was supposed to get a parcel from Delhi.They despatched from delhi in 22th Mar 2011.It has reached Pune First Flight courier office on 24 th March.But until now i did not get any phone call from branch.I got a call from them just three hours back.One useless guy spoke to me in arrogant way stating “Do u want to collect it or not?”(He is not at all worth to be working with a reputed company like this.He called me from this this number.020-32317841)
I would request the management to teach him good behaviours.
I would request the Publice to think twice before you send anything through this courier.
