Khadakwasla Dam is a famous picnic spot in Pune. It is also called ‘chowpaty of pune’. Khadakwasla Dam is one of the three dams which provide water to Pune city. It is located on Singhgad Road, about 12 km away from Pune.
You can see a great view of NDA (National Defense Academy), peacock bay and Singhgad fort from Khadakwasla Dam. It remains crowded on weekends.
