Its a great concept of a lake side resort city just in the likes of Lake como in Italy.
Would be great if one can get the latest property pricing for a 2/3 BHK apartment( lake facing ) or a 1/8 acre farmland only.

Lavasa City: Extremely good xperience of
sight seeing, very beautiful scenic hill
station. But, please dont call it a city,
You can call it a 5-star resort. Not for
middle class people. Everything is hideously
costly, carry your food and water with you.
No shade to hide from the sun, no toilets, no
public place to sit, either you are on the
road or inside some commercial place where
you will be fleeced even for using the
toilet. Please stay away from the
watersports, Rs 1100 for a sluggiest 15-min
boat ride, 500 for a 2-minute round of
waterscooter, its cheating in its ultimate
avtar.
