Malshej ghat is located on border of Pune-Thane-Ahmadnagar districts. It is one the developing hill station of Maharashtra. Malshej ghat lies in the ranges of Sahyadri and looks fabulous in the monsoon season especially under dark clouds and heavy fog. Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation has its

Malshej ghat is famous for dark woods and animals inside such as tigers, leopards, peacocks, rabbits and more. Khireshwar and Harishchandragad are other nearby places which are worth visiting.
