Was looking for an apt in and around kharadi. Had visited Mittal Brothers project Silver Crescent at kharadi. Had read about the project in the paper long back. But was really taken by surprise to see that the work is good and the project is one of the better projects I had seen in and around that area. I hv booked an apt with them and till now have faced no problems. Cheers to Mittal Brothers team.

I have purchaded 2bhk flat in Petals. The project is very nice. I found first decent project in wakad area.Really they are giving very good quality of construction & specifications. I am very happy by investing in this project.

i have a look of flat at Petals project of MIttal Brothers in Wakad anbd its a nice , pawan mittal & dilip mittal prject owner of mittal brothers have good location project of 2 & 3 bed rooms flats with appopriate specifications and i am going to book 2 bhk flat at the same. so please have look of sample flat at Petals earliest.

I am happily living in Treedom Park a project by Kusmade Brothers & Mittal Brothers(Dilip Mittal and Pawan Mittal are nice people to deal with. Very transparent and simple in their approach). Infact most of the residents here are thankful them for delivering a fantastic project, a true kingdom of trees.

Hi All,
I purchased a one bed room flat at Parkwayz. I am very happy with the quality of work. I have infact prospered after coming here. Made a lot of good friends. My interaction with directors Dilip Mittal and Pavan Mittal was great. They have delivered what they promised although the amenities were handed over in phases. The best thing about the project is the design and various amenities given including club house with swimming pool and a tennis court!!! I have complete faith in Mittal Brothers. Infact I have booked a two bedroom flat in their new project Petals which has even better specifications and match my requirement, i am prospering ! Seen the sample flat, it is an piece of art. Definetly a good buy! Last i heard was they are thinking of increasing their rates with floor rise.

Stay Away from the Crooks called as Mittal Brothers (DILIP Mittal, Pawan Mittal are the thugs of this generation)
I have had the worst nightmares of my life since the time I have bought a flat in one of their projects PARKWAYZ..I bought it in 2007 when they had a representative named as JAYDEEP who made extremely tall claims about what all shall be provided in the project thn he vanished…Sales team at their site office consist of Pravin, Sachin & Julie the worst ever…they r the most thick skinned people I have ever seen. Coming to the project, construction is very poor, finishing is bad, bathroom fittings have started coming out in just couple of years, Switches r very bad, entrance in each building is filthy…thr r so many thgs to say….I request evryone to stay away from these crooks called as MITTAL Brothers…Nw they are trying to cheat public by LAunching CrossWinds which has already been completed 2 years back but thr have been no takers since thn as the construction is horrible…PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Stay away frm them
