    Sub: Regarding Compliant about staff members of “Swiss County “ project Ram group.

    Dear sir ,
    I am Dr.Vrushsen P.Pawar owner of the Flat No.101 H1 Building in Swiss County Project Thergaon, Pune. I am very unhappy & depress about quality, service & commitment from rama group staff specially Mr. Tushar Damble. Mr.Tushar said he is final authority of swiss county project he’s language and behaviour about clit is very bad. Behaviour of Rama Group staff at the time of booking was very nice but after received payment from customer they don’t maintain respect. The registration agreement clear mentions that your position within 18th months in (December 2010) but now language is change by rama group staff members they said it will take 4 months’ time for position. Sir who will paid interest for four month. I am already paid bank interest for earlier month. It is not possible paid interest + house rent it will around 1, 10000 in next four month without my EMI . Another thing is that your site Engineer is too much arrogant they don’t lesion about any compliant about construction quality. 80% amount received by Rama Group against Flat.
    Mr .Tushr Damble Suggest me to go with court to file case against RAMA group. Sir I am very depress about loss talking from your staff members. This is not way to talking with customer I am sorry to say that your Group Destroy your Good status in market.
