I AM TRYING TO MAKE A SINGLE WINDOW IN MY OFFICE FROM LAST SIX MONTHS, BUT THE GUY IS NOT TAKIGN SERIOUSLY TALKING VERBLY NOT POSSIBLE, THEY ARE NOT SO PROFESSIONAL.

Worst builder, Never ever come in contact with these guys. They r in joint venture with Wadhwani construction and their project Prime Plus in Pimple saudagar is still not complete evern after 6 yrs.

Totally Fraud company, Wadhwani team is also running the show with some Shoe-salesman called Naresh Wadhwani, who is not competent to run the marketing.

Be aware.

Hi,
I also have taken a flat in their Prime Plus apartment. This group is thoroughly unprofessional. Builder is least interested in completion of projects in time. They will sell you and leave you in the hands of some supervisors.
Now, they are planning to sell the extension of Prime plus. Please understand the risk before even talking to them.
Worst builder in Pune & PCMC, it seems they do not want to run business.

Hi,

I have purchased a flat in one of the site of Shree Siddhivinayak Developers. But let me share some thoughts about them, which could be helpful for others. First of all they are not professional. They will entertain you till you make the agreement, after that they will not entertain you. Second thing they will not fulfill the commitment. They will deliver some different thing (not good in quality) which they haven’t committed. About possession also they are very late.

In all I would suggest not to deal with this developer. You will definitely get headache. I know all builders are like this only but they are over and above.
