At present, Mr. J. P. Shroff, Mr. Milind Talathi, Mr. Prakash Kotecha and Mr. Praniti Shroff are handling this firm. They have completed various projects in Pune including Supriya at Baner, Suleno at Mahalunge, Suhana at Baner, Soleno Solitaire at Mahalunge and Suyash at Baner. Their ongoing project include Srushti at Mahalunge, Serenade at Mahalunge and Shagun at Kiwale-Dehu Road.
